SHIPPING & RETURNS

Mile 99 provides you with free delivery on all orders above Rs.999/-. 

Prepaid orders will be dispatched within 3-4 Business days and delivered within 2-3 Business days

COD orders will be dispatched within 3-4 Business days and will be delivered in 5-7 Business days 
Note :
1.For Cash On Delivery orders Rs.49/- will be charged, at time of the payment*.
 

Our returns and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased under the following conditions:

1. The item was damaged upon delivery. To qualify for this option, you must have recorded a video while opening the package. 
2. The item is the wrong size, and you wish to exchange it.

Both options are valid up to 5 working days from the date of delivery

To cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email, providing your Order Number or the name on the Shipping Address for verification. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

All products sold during a "Sale" are eligible for return with store credit and no refund

We ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
You can return the product and we will credit the shipping charges incurred by you provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

Refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the returned  product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
